The Hypermobility, Long-Covid, and MAST Cell Activation Connections.
👉Conversation with Amy Morris about Hypermobility, Long Covid, and MAST Cell Activation syndrome.
👉According to a recent study, hypermobile individuals are more likely to experience symptoms of Long-Covid. The symptoms shared between the two conditions tend to exist in the same MAST Cell Activation bucket,
www.mastcellaction.org/mcas-triggers
and the overactivity of MAST cells, which release histamine, can impact all systems of the body: neurological problems like brain fog, skin issues, digestive problems, respiratory and circulatory issues, muscle and joint pain, urinary issues and more. All are part of a dysregulated autonomic nervous system.

The Zen of Neutral Spine.

Your FEET and BRAIN Determine Posture and Pain: My Story in Pictures

It only cares about what it senses, the influence of gravity, and threat. Your posture...
Jaw Pain and Hypermobility (Is it ALL connected?)

Interesting video, I developed "Myofascial pain syndrome" after i had a hair transplant. Im constantly in muscle spasm literally almost everywhere. Exercise also exacerbates the condition. I been trying to come up with something that fixes it but the normal stretching, and fascial release only help for a couple hours. Gives me a bunch of random anxiety and stress subconsciously.

Hi Neal, everybody I had a very very very special PRI experience and I wonder if someone ever hear of something like this. At some point of my PRI program my brain started to leading me through various movements and muscle contractions for about 11 months until now. The movements are not involuntary and not voluntary, something between of this. Like a very strong need. But I feel coming more and more on my left side, had my left Periphery back, a lot of autonomic deseases desappear my sensible theet don't hurt no more and my pain and tension reduces every day. My guess is, that the pri techniques take away a certain stabilisatation in my body, and now my body has to go back to it's origin natural stabilisatation state. I have record some of the movements, and could send them if needed. Do I have to go to a neurologist or something, or will this movements stop when I'm stable enough? I hope you had similar cases. Thanks for your help

I live an extremely active lifestyle ( walking / running - cycling a lot, 2-4 a week of weight training, 2-4 skateboarding since 7 years again.) But i am suffering from a variety of symptoms that are called "Visual Snow Syndrom". Me eyesight seems to be very good although i live with this V.S.S ( 20-30 eye floaters extremely visible 24/7 in the center of my view - extreme flashes within the center of my view light thunderbolts and sparks 24/7, Afterimages 24/7, Tinnitus in the right ear 24/4 - all of that has been going on for 5 years now). At some point i recognized that falling a sleep is becoming an issue as well as my digestion is starting to get worse and worse. Breathing problems are emerging and i am thinking i am going diabetic. But now i realized : it is something neurological.... some sensory problem. i have been having tight glutes as well as tight left hamstrings muscles for about 5 years, too. As well as pain multiple times in the spine and the neck on the left side. I highly believe THIS amazing Human being is telling makes tremendous sense to me. I am clearly noticing that my left and right eyes just feel way different and i am not really sensing the left molars at all. I think i am on the right path... Thank you so much for efforts!!

For instance I have a higher L iliac crest, greater IR on L side, greater ER on R, and noticed greater sensation on R molars. This seems exactly opposite to the left AIC. Ive had this asymmetry for 10-15 years so just now delving into some of the mechanics to see if this can change.
